Anthony J. Papageorgiou, Esq.

Anthony J. Papageorgiou, founder of Spartan Law, brings a background rooted in criminal justice, courtroom experience, and zealous advocacy. Before founding Spartan Law, Anthony worked across multiple levels of the justice system. Anthony clerked on the Supreme Court of Arkansas, working on serious criminal appeals involving constitutional issues, life sentences, and capital offenses, as well as high-stakes, multimillion-dollar civil litigation. He then served as a Deputy Attorney General with the New Jersey Attorney General's Office, handling felony-level matters, including numerous first-degree cases.

By age 22, Anthony had earned a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, two master's degrees in Criminology and Dispute Resolution, and a Doctor of Criminal Justice degree from California University of Pennsylvania, placing him among the youngest doctoral graduates in his field. His academic work has also extended to scholarship concerning private prisons, and his published research on the subject was cited in an amicus curiae brief filed with and accepted by the United States Supreme Court. Anthony later earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Criminology at the University of Texas.
